So, what the folks at Grambling State are saying is that the SWAC forgot to schedule referees for the Tigers’ home game against the Talladega Tornadoes. The SWAC is saying that its Grambling’s responsibility to call the referees, and since they didn’t show up, it’s GSU’s fault.
