Historically Black Fraternities Create GreekDiversity.com Job Board

The five historically black fraternities have joined forces to establish GreekDiversity.com, a job board exclusive to members of the participating organizations.

Alpha Phi Alpha, Kappa Alpha Psi, Omega Psi Phi, Phi Beta Sigma, and Iota Phi Theta along with Personnel Strategies Inc. (PSI) announced a partnership to jointly produce a diversity job board. The job board entitled www.GreekDiversity.com promotes career opportunities to fraternity members across America and will be featured at all fraternity websites including regional and local chapters.

I understand that membership has its benefits, but wouldn’t it be more in keeping with the shared commitment to community service if this job board was open to, you know, more of the community? Seems a little self-serving that five organizations with vast memberships would extend opportunities and openly forsake non-members in need of employment.
