Kentucky State to Produce Yearbooks for the First Time in 16 Years

Kentucky State University will produce, sell, and give away 2010 yearbooks to this year’s graduating seniors. Doesn’t seem like a big deal, until you find out that the school last produced a yearbook in 1994.

Kentucky State last produced a yearbook in 1994, although it wasn’t given to students for seven years, when the student-run yearbook staff settled a First Amendment lawsuit against the school in federal court.
